  12. I'm looking for source code to format a HD diskette (DOS platform).
  13. More specifically, for reasons not germane to this newsgroup, I need
  14. to be able to control how many tracks of the diskette are formatted
  15. in order to create a proprietary format diskette.  It also must be
  16. done with via source code (or perhaps a DLL) - i.e. no 3rd party
  17. apps.

  20. please let me know.
